January 2016 President's Letter

Happy 2016! I hope your year has gotten off to a great start. NAWBO Greater Raleigh’s certainly has.

Last Thursday evening, we enjoyed the first of our “Grow Your Business” workshop series with member Dawn Ohaver Moyer of Potential Essential, LLC. Dawn and her business partner Jenny Casagrande shared tools and insights on developing a sound strategic marketing plan. It was an excellent session!

Next up is our annual mega-networking luncheon taking place this Wednesday, January 20th, where this year three lucky members will have the opportunity to deliver their 60-second elevator speech to the entire group.

And I hope you’ll plan to join us for two events in February. Our February workshop, Growing Your Business with Lead Generation, will be held on Thursday, Feb 11^th., presented by Kim Adamof of Raleigh Inbound Marketing. Join us Tuesday, Feb 23^rd for our February social to be held at the Village Grill at Lafayette Village in north Raleigh. It’s sure to be a fun night of socializing and networking with NAWBO-Raleigh members and guests.
